@Zune - A bunch of albums have gone missing and now no sync rights?

@Zune - A bunch of albums that I acquired using my Zune-pass are now missing and the rights are expiring. These albums are no longer available in the Zune store and they're not listed on the website anymore. This example(photo) still plays on my PC, but it no longer syncs with my Zune player. Any clues when they will be back? I know they can be purchased from other music sites, so I don't feel it was the publisher who removed them. I have over a dozen examples and I'm willing to buy the albums outright if they were available. Any kind of update would be appreciated. Thanks!
